Patient Financial Services DirectorThis position requires proven leadership ability in the healthcare field and is responsible for the hospital business office, collections and registration. The candidate will be expected to employ person to person approach regarding interaction and training of the staff members. Qualified candidates should have a Bachelors Degree and at least five years of experience in a hospital business office setting and two years experience as a manager. Knowledge of M/S word and excel is essential.
Director Housekeeping/LaundrySupervise and coordinate activities and work with crews engaged in our housekeeping and laundry departments. Must hold a 2 year degree or comparable management experience in a similar position
Registered Respiratory TherapistThe RRT assumes responsibility and accountability in providing cardiac and/or respiratory care for a group of patients. This position must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on his/her assigned unit. The ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to his/her age specific needs and to provide the care needed. Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates individual patient care in each unit. Responsible for promoting teamwork with physicians and personnel of other departments. Performs other duties as assigned. High school graduate or equivalent. Must be registered or Certified through the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC). Must be registered with the Virginia Board of Health Professions. Occasional Day weekend and day shift 7pm - 7 am. M
Painter Must have detailed knowledge of paint and wall coverings as well as surface preparation and application techniques, a valid drivers license and at least 3 years experience.
Nurse Manager- ERAssesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and supervises individual patient care on the unit. Responsible for managing personnel, supplies, and equipment on the unit, for direction of co-workers in the implementation of plans of care, and for promoting teamwork with physicians and personnel of other departments. Varying shifts
Housekeeping AttendantPerforms routine housekeeping duties, including floor care such as mopping, sweeping, buffing, waxing, and dusting of rooms to ensure proper cleanliness and infection control standards are met. Must be HS graduate or have GED.
Occupational TherapistOrganizes and conducts medically prescribed occupational therapy programs. Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients being served. Requires ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status, interpret information needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to their age specific needs, and provide the care needed as outlined in the Departmental Policy and Procedure Manual. Performs other duties as assigned. High school graduate or equivalent required. Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational therapy. Previous experience preferred.
Purchasing ClerkDuties to include typing, filing, placing orders and other various office duties. Applicant must be familiar with excel, work, outlook programs, work independently after training and be able to lift at least 20 lbs. Also, must have good communication and organizational skills.
